If we do several long journey, feet muscles will be convulsions and be ill. It is also caused if the patient lift heavy things, so the feet muscles get contraction. You can vanish feet muscle cramp and its painful by using a handsfull of rice. The rice is poured in boiling water. Squeeze until its getting rather pulverized, add a tablespoon of salt and stir it evenly. Stick on that ingridients to the pain and cramp leg. the result can be got as soon as possible because the cramp and pain muscles will be gone.
